The search for central Queensland’s best new display home has ended with the Great Barrier Reef International Resort winning the Master Builders regional final.
The award, presented in Gladstone at a gala function on Saturday evening, cemented the lifestyle estate at Zilzie as the premier address on the Capricorn Coast.

The Master Builders Housing Excellence Awards provide an opportunity for builders and master craftsmen to gain industry and public recognition.
Each year a team of experienced building judges inspect nominations from throughout the entire region.
Master Builders host nine regional housing and construction awards ceremonies which culminate in the State finals.
State and regional award winners are featured in the Master Builders Winning Homes and Excellence in Construction magazines that have a combined circulation of almost 20,000.
The award winning home will be open for inspection at the wonderful lifestyle estate at Zilzie from mid-September.
