Bronco Buys at Zilzie Bay
Brisbane Bronco Casey McGuire has given Zilzie Bay unqualified endorsement with the purchase of a block of land at the stunning lifestyle development at the southern end of the Capricorn Coast.
McGuire, a 26-year-old utility who made his State of Origin debut last season, joins the long list of buyers who have flocked to the $1.2 billion lifestyle community being undertaken by developer Chris Dadson.
And the man dubbed "Mr Fix-it" intends building a dream home on his large, well-positioned block at Zilzie Bay upon return from Super League duties.
McGuire recently signed a lucrative two-year deal with French club Les Catalans Dragons.
"I eventually want to live on the estate at Zilzie," he said.
"We (the Broncos) recently had a bye and me and the girlfriend stayed up on the Cap Coast.
"We really love the region and intend to settle there."
Zilzie Bay has just released the first residential lots featuring commanding ocean and island views.
This much-anticipated release is located on one of the most elevated sections of the lifestyle estate that features 6.8km of ocean frontage.
All blocks in The Ridge are in excess of 800m2 and being sold off the plan.
The entry price is pitched at $189,000.
This stunning sub-division also overlooks Coorooman Creek, while the beautiful Berserker Ranges provide a dramatic backdrop.
All homes on the estate are governed by a covenant that ensures all house designs meet set guidelines.
These standards are designed to assist in protecting everyone’s investment and ensure that all buildings add to the overall streetscape appeal.
Every home site at Zilzie Bay is also within easy reach of the club’s superb recreational facilities, including the impressive multi-function entertainment centre that is rapidly nearing completion.
